Why did you choose Accounting and how has education prepared you for this position?
In college- I feel that I was well prepared for real-life situations and jobs. Difficult courses have taught me exceptional critical-thinking skills and that the answers will not always be in front of my face. Through courses like this- I have learned how to solve complex problems and that high-quality results take hard work.
Give an example of a weakness you have identified and how have you have worked to correct it? (as a student)
My greatest weakness is that I sometimes have trouble saying ‘no’ to requests and end up taking on more than I can handle. In the past, this has led me to feel stressed or burnt out. To help myself improve in this area
Give an example of a problem, which you faced on any job in school, and how it was solved?
I had a group assignment and no one from my group had reached out back, i had to take the initiative to say since the assignment was close to the due date, and no one was responding back I was going to do the assignment on my own.
